Business Professional
My story isn't typical, and I understand that a quick review of my resume will leave many wondering why this person has so many differing accomplishments. Throughout my theological training and my creative efforts, I have also excelled at growing professionally in the business market place. Although there is overlap with the creative, the analytical part of me that helped me through graduate school also has led me to success on many projects for internal and external clients of the two companies I have worked with most recently. I've worked with internal teams and remote teams all with success. With a desire to drive value for clients, each day I bring a professional, insightful and experienced creative outlook to every project.

Onboard New Org Chart Software for Company Acquisition
As the owner of the company org chart, I was asked to research and implement new software that gives executives more org chart planning abilities, and I setup and trained HR and Legal departments on using The OrgChart software for this purpose.

Onboard New IT Ticketing System
Management had made a decision to move away from Jira/Confluence to SolarWinds Service Desk and ClickUp. As administrator of all systems, I led efforts to setup and rollout new systems for the company, and then continued to support it.

Integration with Salesforce for Multiple Systems
As administrator for many of the systems, I worked with project teams to integrate them with Saleforce, including Business Central, billing, SharePoint, and CircuitVision.
CircuitVision (Network, Engineering & Ticketing) Upgrades
User morale had grown negative to the system, and I worked with the company to include upgrades to the system and much needed enhancements to improve overall performance, reliability and confidence. I continued to lead administrative duties for related applications.

Onboarding New Accounting and Billing Systems
Worked with team to move accounting and billing from outdated system into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, from which I continued to lead administrative duties, including annual upgrades and updates.

CTC All Star Award for the Charles River (CRD) Portfolio Management Software Implementation.
Led Commerce Trust in a significant revision of the primary portfolio management software used for the Bank's investment departments, including Fixed Income and Balanced Portfolio Managers.
DST Storing Batch Statements, a Web Design Enhancement that boosted customer subscriptions and revenue.

Client Presentation Project
Led a year long project rebuilding from the ground up, an Investments Client Presentation Website. Led agile team in design, development, implementation and a full staff video training program of nearly 100 documentation and video assets.

2003-2004
Designed and delivered the DST Vision Navigator and University, a Website demonstration product with a video tutorial library that increased lead conversion, site traffic and user experience.
While functioning as a DST Product Owner for offshore Agile teams, I also served as in an Interactive Designer & Consulting Role. I provided video production, motion graphics, UX/Web design, infographics and social media for DST products on behalf of several departments within the organization. This included over 30 corporate videos, Website updates, infographics, event photography and marketing.
DST Gould Innovation Award winner for designing, constructing and implementation of a corporate web-based resource center.
